The Orlando Phantoms didn’t play their best by far, but it was good enough to win January 28th against the Glynn County Revolution football team. The Phantoms found themselves in a dog fight in the first half with the score tied at 6-6. The second quarter started and it was anyone’s game. The Revolution took control at the start of the 4th quarter with a 28-25 lead with 11:34 left in the game. The Phantoms regained control quickly and added 2 more scores as the Revolution fumbled twice giving the Phantoms good field position inside the Red-Zone. Due to the 2 costly turnovers the Phantoms took the lead 40-28 which ended up being the Final score.
The Phantoms will take their 2-0 record up to Jacksonville to take on another tough team. The North Florida Bears who sit at 1-1 look to upset the Phantoms on their home field on February 4th.
