Orlando Phantoms Comeback From 14-0 Deficit To Win 28-14

It was clear Saturday night in Gainesville that the Gators meant business and not the same team since game 1 in the begging of the season. The Gators jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the 2nd quarter and had the Phantoms wondering what going on. Before the 1st half was over QB Torrance Brown connected with WR Velton Brown for a long TD pass with less then 1 minute to go in the half bringing the score to 14-7. In the 2nd half the Phantoms defense stepped up and shutout the Gator offense and add a 73 yard interception return from CB Mike Davis to bring the score to a 14-21. The offense wasn’t finished and RB Chad Davis pinched in a 2 yard TD to seal the victory¬† 28-14. The Phantoms will be on the road for the 3rd week in a row and will take on the Space Coast Tarheel at Astronaut High School in Titusville Florida
