Phantoms Beat Soldiers In Rematch Of 2018 Championship Game.

Once again the Phantoms meet the West Coast Soldiers in a big game, and once again the Phantoms make the plays at the end to get the win. Much like the 2019 NFL Super Bowl both Defenses controlled the game while both offenses struggled most of the night. Both QB’s struggled as Phantoms #7 Torrance Brown threw for 149 yards with 1 TD and 1 interception, while Soldiers #21 Nick Martino threw for 134 yards with 1 passing TD and 2 interceptions. The Phantoms offense had 226 total yards to the Soldiers 255 total yard, and at the end it all came down to Defense and who would make the plays in crunch time. At the end of the day the Phantoms defense just made more plays then the Soldiers defense and with 2 interceptions, 4 Sacks, and 1 fumble recovery the Phantoms defense sealed the game 17-14.

The Orlando Phantoms will have the next 2 weeks off then will have their home opener on February 23rd against the Miracle City Cougars at Lake Brantley High School.
